1. Services
   Accuwise provides accounting, tax preparation, and financial consulting services. Details about each service are available on our website and are subject to change without notice. 

2. Registration
   To access some features of the service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

3. Payments
   Fees for our services are due as detailed in the service agreement or invoice provided. Accuwise reserves the right to suspend service for delayed payments. All fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise provided in these terms.zzzzz

4. Intellectual Property
   The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Accuwise and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Accuwise.

5. User Conduct
   You agree not to use the service:

   1. To infringe on the intellectual property rights of others or the intellectual property rights of Accuwise.

   2. To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.

   3. To submit false or misleading information.

   4. To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

   5. To collect or track the personal information of others.

   6. To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape.

   7. For any obscene or immoral purpose.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Accuwise and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Accuwise, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
